Stress is a common thing while preparing of exams like this. You need to manage stress or it can ruin your preparation. The best way to manage stress is to do whatever makes you happy. It can be your hobby. Or spending time with family and friends and it can refresh your mind.
You could also try meditation and yoga. As many researchers have prove that yoga is beneficial for stress management. And one more thing, which would not disturb your preparation is that you should study the subject you like and solve the questions. In this way it would boost you confidence you would feel motivated.

First be clear about the fact if you are feeling stressed or tensed you are giving your preparations a negative energy.
To avoid stress & tension in your way of NEET preparationinclude few things in your daily schedule that surely will you relieving stress.
1.) Get up early and have the fresh morning breeze so that all your day you can stay in a good and fresh mood.
2.) Include 15 mins of meditation to increase concentration on things and this helps keep the mind calm and avoid the negative energies. Also include prayer in your routine. Stay away from negative people.
3.) The biggest reason of tension- “ Backlog ”, Do not leave anything pending. For an example you solve a sheet as homework, the next day in coaching you will be excited for the solutions to check your efforts to be right, on the other hand if you have not solved the same work sheet on the same day, you will not be taking interest even while it will be solved in the class.
4.) Prepare sincerely and Evaluate your performance regularly in every test, the graph will get you the confidence & satisfaction.
5.) Do not get dishearten and work on the mistakes.
