Focus on important topics which contain more weightage in the examination like in Physics concentrate on Electrostatics, Optics, Properties of Bulk matters, Semiconductors, Mechanics.
Chemistry: Coordination Compounds, Chemical Bonding, GOC, Equilibrium and Thermodynamics, P Block
Biology: Human Physiology, Reproduction, Ecology, Genetics, Plant Physiology.
Concentrate on these topics more but don't ignore the other topics.
Solve more previous year papers.
Brush up all the formulas everyday and go through NCERT everyday.

First of all NEET is a very tough competition in itself. So, the first requirement is to complete all the basics properly and read all the NCERT books thoroughly. After doing that you have to revise it at least two times because many a times we study a lots of things but tend to forget it easily, so revision is the only way to retain it. If only one month is left with you and you want a good score then practice as much as you can. If possible get yourself enrolled in a crash course. This will help you evaluate how much you have retained.
