Indian Law Society’s Law College has been among the top 10 Indian law institutions for many years. It is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, earlier University of Pune and offers various undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma courses, LLB being one of them.
The Three-Year Degree Course in Law leading to LL.B. (3Yrs.) is a regular full-time course. admissions to LLB is done on the basis of MAH LLB CET under Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Law.
ELIGIBILITY-
(a)Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 40% for SC / ST candidates, and 45% all other cases.
(b) An applicant who has passed the U.G degree of minimum Three Years and P.G degree of 2/3 Yrs, duration from University mentioned in (a) after processing the studies in the pattern of 10+2+3+2/3 with regular studies at secondary and higher secondary schooling.
(c)NO candidate from the Open University having a degree contrary to the U.G.C. Act and Regulations and contrary to Rules of Legal Education shall be eligible.
SCHEDULE AND MODE OF EXAMINATION-
For the year 2019, the exam will MAH-LL.B. 3 YEAR CET-2019 shall be conducted only in the On-Line Mode in Multiple Sessions, if required in selected centers in the State of Maharashtra and selected Centers from the Other States. MAH-LL.B. 3 YEAR CET-2019 will be conducted on Saturday, the 11th May 2019
The exam will be conducted in 18 cities of Maharashtra and candidates can choose the 3 exam center according to their preferences.
The question paper will be consisting of 150 objective type questions and time duration is 2 hours.
EXAMINATION FEE-
CET Fee for Open Category candidates from Maharashtra State, Out Side Maharashtra State (OMS)/All India Candidates belonging to all Categories, and J&K Migrant Candidates is Rs 800/-
CET Fee-For Candidates belonging to Backward Class Categories is Rs. 400/-
SYLLABUS AND MARKING SCHEME OF EXAM-
• Legal Aptitude and Legal Reasoning section will have 30 questions carrying 1 mark each thus the total marks of this section are 30.
• General Knowledge with Current Affairs section will have 40 questions carrying 1 mark each thus the total marks of this section are 40.
• Logical and Analytical Reasoning section will have 30 questions carrying 1 mark each thus the total marks of this section are 30.
• English section will have 50 questions carrying 1 mark each thus the total marks associated with this section is 50.
Hence making a total of 150 questions and total 150 marks.
The Questions will be Objective Multiple-Choice Questions with Four Options.
There is No Negative Marking.
