How is the scope for bio medical engineering

It is an upcoming one and is a lessor sought out course when compared to the core branches. Many big hospitals recruit bio-medical engineers as do the firms that create products pertaining to healthcare, therapy etc. Research is one area which is also sought out by students.
As for scope, one cant just predict this. It depends on why you wish to do it, what you think it entails and most important your performance in the course.
