Hello,
I assume you are asking about the validity period of Economically Weaker Section(EWS) certificate in Telangana(referring to "TS(EWS)" that you have written). The validity of EWS certificate is decided by the designated authority of the states. And the certificate issued by authority of EWS in Telangana is valid for one year. So if you have taken EWS certificate in January 2021 it is valid until January 2022.
