how many applications for mit i have already done with one and it is notifying me to go to another application?

Hello student. There are no 2 applications or nothing called separate application filing or process for MIT. So once you have applied and submitted your application. Check your mail or contact for confirmation message that you have applied or so from the university. If not submitted properly, apply and submit it again.
And kindly mention what is the second application form is it directing to so that we could help
