There are many strategies which you can use to improvise your preparations but yes, time is an important factor and you should manage that properly. More important matter than the hrs you will spend on studying is how much real , quality and productive time you will give for studying. because quantity matters only when and when quality is present. For the hrs factor I think 12-15 hrs is must if you want achieve the 700 obstacle. Also find time to relax. Because breaks are important for the keeping engine running.

I must tell you that quantity doesn't matter its the quality which matters the most while preparing for the exam because if you are studying like 10 hours and you are not focused then it a waste instead of that if you are studying for just 7 hours and ae focused then you will get good result.
