How many mark in 12th needed to get seat for engineering
Thanks for asking your query as per requirement of NITS AND IITS colleges minimum of 75 percentage in 12th board but there are certain govt college which take admission below 75 percent in board also.But suggest you to keep at least 75 percentage in boards to secure a good government college.

Admission to NITs, IIITs and CFTIs participating though Central Seat Allocation Board will be based on All India Rank subject to the condition that the candidate should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective .

According to get into the engineering college you should have more good marks or ranking in the entrance exam like JEE mains, kcet, vit, emcet and so on based on your required state and university you should write the entrance exam and the best score in the class 12th is 85% it will helps a lot
