Mahendra, this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting its admission on the basis of NEET score through All India Counselling. Now there are approximately 14 branches of AIIMS across India. Now you havent mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, AIIMS usually has cut offs more than 95 percentile. The difference between AIIMS and NEET is that NEET is conducted for 720 marks while AIIMS is conducted for 200 marks. AIIMS entrance exam was conducted in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, GK and English while NEET was conducted only in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Now to covert 95 percentile to a score out of 720 is approximately 575- 600. Now not every branch has the same cut off percentile. Delhi, Rishikesh have higher cut off percentiles than Jhodhpur and Patna. So for a seat in any of the AIIMS branches, you will atleast need 600.
