Hey Gorve,
To appear in NEET, You need a required aggregate percentage in board exams with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognised board. For Open Category - 50%
For SC/ST/OBC - 40%
All the best!
In order to become eligible for NEET exam, you must have 50 percent for general category or 40 percent for reserved category in the PCB ( Physics, Chemistry and Biology) group.
Here, the eligibility criterian for NEET is not kept on marks of individual subject but it is kept on aggregate score of three subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
So, if your score is less than 50 in any of the above subjects (except fail) but your aggregate for PCB is greater than 50 then you are eligible for this exam.
Hope this helps.
All the Best.
