hi kiranmayee,it doesnt matter how much you score individually,only as a total and it all depends on what category you belong to and what reservation you have, whether you have state quota or not , but i would suggest that aim for 580 plus, its high , i know but absolutely doable , so aim for it.NEET 2018 Examination is most likely to be held on 10th May (Thursday) 2018 . NEET 2018 Application Form will be released in the month of January 2018.CBSE conducts NEET for admission across all medical colleges in india except aiims,and jipmer.The exam pattern is as follows:-
physics-45 questions each carrying 4 marks
chemistry-45 questions,each carrying 4 marks
and biology 90 questions each carrying 4 marks as well.hope this helps good luck
There is no sectional cut off in NEET exam.
Your overall marks will be considered.
You should score more then 600 marks in NEET exam to get top colleges through 15% quota.
Try to score good marks in each section to get overall good marks.
In order to score good marks in your exam build your basics strong. You should refer NCERT books for your preparation.
Solve previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of questions. You should also solve mock test series to analyse your preparation level at regular interval of time and to know your strength and weakness. So, you can work accordingly.
Work on your time management as well to increase your speed and accuracy.
You should focus on the topics which carries more weightage in the exam. Solve MCQs related to it for your practice.
