II don't think it is advisable to set for a target score when the exam can be really unpredictable and the cut off can be just too buzzard.
Work as hard as you can and score as high as you can.

To aim a seat in a decent Government Medical College using your 85% state quota seats you must be having a score above 450 out of 720 and 2 aima good Government Medical College seat in any other state using the 15% all India quota you must be aiming for score of above 500 to 550 out of 720

After having a domicile for Himachal, you need to make a minimum of 420 marks to get into a government college. If you don't have a domicile, then you need to make upto 490 marks.
