As per the latest updates only quota is applicable to the the seat allotment and reservation policy at the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe, backward classes and p w d variety of reservations and there are no other reservation specially for the 15% all India seats and even for the 85% state quota seat reservations which existed are now on the question and you need to check the official website of the particular colleges to look for NSS reservation is available in some private colleges because otherwise as a general rule through Neet examination there will be no such special provision for the allotment of seats defacto
