Dear Jatin, Defense quota is given in State Counselling and not in All India Counselling. This reservation varies from1-3% depending on the State you hold domicile of. So with this marks, if you belong to General or OBC Category, you cannot get a seat but if you are from SC,ST you might get a seat. But if you want to avail defense quota, then you should try under State Counselling.
