Hello Rutu,

There is 'no limit on the number of attempts' for CAT examination. Moreover, in comparison to other examinations, it has the added benefit of 'no age limit' criteria as well.

I am currently pursuing my management degree in one of the IIMs. And to tell you, one of my classmates is 42 years of age. This is the kind of freedom that CAT gives!

Good Luck.

There is no limit on the number of attempts you can have. No age bar as well. All the best

Good afternoon, There is no limit on the number of attempts for writing CAT exam. Unlike IAS and other government exams, you can write CAT as many times as you want to. All the best.

dear Candidate,

Yes, you can definitely appear again in Nov 2019.

There is no limit to the number of times that you apply for this exam. However , it is advisble that you give a good attempt and clear the exam to get admission in your chosen  college.

All the best

There is no limit for the number of attempts in CAT. You can appear for CAT in the year 2019 as well. There are certain specific eligibility criteria for a candidate which makes him eligible for appearing in CAT. Rest, there are no boundations as such.

yes you can appear in 2018 as well as 2019. and 2020 as well there is no issue in such cases you can give exam 3-4 times. but in my point of view make sure thta you will clear the exam with a decent rank. because it wil save the in between gap of your 12 th and your graduation. all the best

have a great future ahead.

Hello Rutu,

We are happy to help you. For CAT exam you can give it multiple times with no age limit. But you need to clear the eligibility which is as follows :

Bachelor's Degree with minimum 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA awarded by a recognised university or educational institute.

Feel free to contact us again in case of any query.
