The no. of attempts to clear the concept depends on student to student . Each one has different understanding , so it solely depends on you. Yes , one year is enough for cracking AIIMS delhi. You should focus on no. of practice hours , making different time table for different subjects and the most important is practice , you should practice as much as questions keeping in mind all types of questions like assertion reason , tricky questions , etc.

Most of the rankers in AIIMS do their preparation to achieve the level in two years. But still one year is very much sufficient to crack AIIMS and that too with flying colors. There are such type of people studying in AIIMS and in every batch, some are in top 37, some in top 20 and some even in top 05. But the thing is that you have less time to cover a lot of syllabus, if you're already familiar with some topics then it's good for you, if you're doing a fresh start you will have to put more effort. Prepare a proper schedule, work daily, read NCERTs, solve as many questions as you can, read current affairs on weekly basis or once in a month. It's not impossible to do unless you're willing to work accordingly!
