Hello Aspirant

BITSAT 2021 will be held from 3 August to 9 August 2021. The exam will be for 3 hours of duration with a total of 150 questions.

The distribution of questions is as follows:
Part I - Physics (40 questions)
Part II - Chemistry (40 questions)
Part III - English Proficiency (15 questions) and Logical Reasoning (10 questions)
Part IV - Mathematics/Biology (45 questions)

The marking scheme for BITSAT 2021 is as follows:
  • 3 marks will be given for every correct answer.
  • 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
  • No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions

As there is negative marking for every wrong answer, try not to make any mistakes and give your answer accurately.

Now answering to your query, if you are trying to answer by logical guessing for numericals, then your chances will be increased for getting negative marking. Logical reasoning will not work all the time when it comes to complex numericals. I would suggest you to practice more and more questions so that you get familiar with them and can solve this easily during the actual exam.

You will get 10 questions from logical reasoning and 15 questions from English proficiency. This is the easiest part and you can score full marks in this part.
Again do not get any answers wrong. If you are not completely sure about the answer, then do not attempt it.

So prepare well for the exam.

All the best!!
