how much you should score for getting into government medical college for NEET UG will completely depend on the standard of question and the relative performance of all the students appearing for the examination for that particular year and cannot be determined in a foolproof manner from now
however it can be predicted well that usually any score in excess of 500 and most possibly 520 will get you through to decent government medical colleges of your state availing 85% state quota although the cutoffs will be hired for premier medical state colleges in Delhi and Mumbai
For availing the government medical colleges of other states in which you do not have your domicile in you will need to score in excess of 550 out of 720 in order to make your chances to get admission into them availing the 15% all India quota

For admission in a government college, you should keep high target and so your score should be minimum 510-20+ (if you're applying for 85% state quota seats) and 550-60+ (for 15% AIQ seats).
The cutoff changes every year and so the safe marks range can't be predicted this way. And so focus on scoring maximum marks that you can get admission in your desired college. Hope you're getting my point.!
Do refer NCERT only for the last few months.
Prepare well and study smart.!
