The NEET Examination is based on Percentile, that means how many people have scored better than you. So the cut off to appear for the All India Quota (AIQ) NEET Counseling 2018, you must have secured the 50th percentile, if in General quota or 40%, if you belong to the reserved category.
In 2017, the qualifying score for Unreserved Category was 131 i.e 50th percentile and 107 marks out of 720 for reserved category i.e. 40th percentile.
If you want to secure a seat under All India Quota or even the State Quota, you must aim for a score above 540 marks, to be absolutely sure!

There is nothing to called passing marks in NEET Exam. In NEET, it is qualifying marks rather which is 50th percentile for general category and 40th percentile for reserved categories.
If you want to get a mbbs seat in good government medical college/university through all india 15% quota counselling then you should get alteast of 540+ marks in neet ug exam.
