Dear Rahul, cut offs for Government Medical College can't be predicted earlier as they change every year being dependent on various factors like number of students appeared for the exam, highest score, lowest score etc,which all are variable. The top government Medical colleges are alloted on the basis of NEET marks. In GEN category score of 565 and above fetched government colleges under STATE QUOTA in various states. So, any score above than that could be create very high chances for you.

In 2019 the maximum closing rank for GEN category was 5583.
