The eligibility criteria for national defence academy includes mainly nationality,age limit, educational qualification and physical standard.

• As per NDA eligibility criteria 2019, candidates must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years ofage.
• Candidates having appeared or appearing inclass 12(10+2) examination are eligible to appear for NDA 2019. He should be passed with 60% minimum percentage in mathematics and physics in 10 th and 12 classes .

You need to score a minimum of 85% in 12th which is considered a good score. Well, it depends on you that in which line you want to move in future. If you want to do B-Tech then you need minimum 75%, if you want to go for SBI PO you need 60%, for NEET you need 50%....
