Dear Rahul, Jammu and Kashmir along with Telangana and Andhra Pradesh doesn't participate in All India Counselling which means technically they lose out on All India Quota unless they produce a self declaration form. Cut off varies from year to year depending on various factos like no. of candidates appearing for NEET, no. of seats available. difficulty of the exam and the highest score in NEET. Because RBA falls under OBC, you should score atleast 40% of the Higest score in NEET. For example, if the highest score in NEET is 400, you should score 10 to qualify in NEET. However for a seat, it should be more than 400 for girls and 450 for boys.
