to get an admission in nit you should have atleast 75% in 12th board conducted by the perspective board exam
and to get an admission in iit trichy you should have more than 250 marks if you belongs to general category and more than 120 marks if you belongs to obc category and more than 75 marks if you belongs to st or sc category

So.. Yah generally, jee mains cutoff is based on the difficulty of the paper ,performance of students ,number of applicants and it varies from year to year. So If you are trying to get seat in cse department, try to get score 250+,for obc 150+,for sc/st 100+.Hope this would help you.
