As nearly 2.2 lakhs students will qualify for jee advanced and for this you have to secure atleast 85+ percentile score to be in safe mode ( will vary depending upon April exam and other various factors).
But it is not such that ; means only qualifying is not enough you have to secure good rank for admission in good college and if you are prepared for advanced than you will definitely secure good score in jee mains also ( may be difference a little bit not that much due to some unexpected factors in ranking )
So prepare and do your best .
Good luck.
Every year 2.24 lakh students qualify for JEE advanced, in which 1.07lakh will be from general category. To secure your chances you have to score above 90 percentile ( for general category).
The final cut off lists and qualifying lists will be declared after JEE main April session by NTA.
All the best :)

JEE Main exam is being conducted twice for the first time and this year scores will be normalized on the basis of two attempts so it is difficult to tell you the qualifying percentile for Advanced.
It's difficult to tell you the exact qualifying marks for JEE Advanced Eligibility but if you are getting more than 85 percentile score then you have decent chances to qualify for JEE Advanced.
Good Luck!
