Once JEE main april get over and it results come out then after that comparing both the scores of JEE main the better of the two will be counted for the rank calculation if you look at the percentile scores then more than 80 percentile score it means that you are among the top 2 like a students appeared in JEE main exam therefore to qualify JEE main your percentile should be greater than 80.
