How PSU calculate 65% percentage criteria of Btech or BE students?

hello,
yes,some PSU will need 65% of marks for their recruitment and some need 60%.each psu's having its own eligibility criteriae,they will calculate 65% as from your 1st semester marks to last(8th) semester marks and then it will be divided by total marks.
