Segregate the syllabus and first prepare the easier ones, especially those that carry maximum weightage.
Study at a fast pace
Study sample papers and question papers extensively
Do timely revision. Analyse your mistakes and revise again till you get it right.

Focus on Boards portion first as Boards percentage are also very important.
When you complete a chapter of a subject from HSC textbook then go on to NCERT textbook and finish that particular chapter from it. NCERT textbooks explain concepts in a understandable way. Practice Multiple Choice Questions of that chapter from reference books available.
Give equal attention to every subject as they are all equally important.
Make notes of every chapter. Also make notes of formulas separately so that you can easily revise them before exam.
Make a timetable and follow it. Mark the dates when you would finish a particular number of chapters from each subject and complete the target. If any doubts arise when understanding concepts or solving numerical then get them cleared at that point of time itself otherwise while exam comes closer the students get stressed.
For Mathematics practice everyday. Be it 20 sums it 200 sums but practice everyday.
For physics, understanding the concepts is of great importance. If concepts are not clear then no question can be solved. So prepare accordingly.
In organic chemistry there are many different types of reactions so write them at least 5 times a day.
You can also refer reference books like Concepts of Physics by HC Verma, Numerical Chemistry by J. D Lee, Books of mathematics by R. D Sharma.
Do refer past year papers and solve them as to get to know what types of questions come in entrance exam.
