How to apply for cit entrance exam

Hi Aasritha

There is no entrance exam for Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT). The admission to the institute will through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA).

In TNEA, the qualifying exam (10+2 or equivalent) scores will be considered. The admission procedure will be conducted by Anna University. The admission authorities will release a cutoff for all categories. For admission, candidates need to meet the cutoff released. For candidates who do not meet the cutoff will not be entitled admission.

The registration for TNEA will be available from the f irst week of May, 2018 tentatively and will end by last week of June.
