How to apply for PG Course in Cambridge or Oxford University as I don't know anything as I'm from Rural Side?

In which subject do you intend to pursue your PhD?
Usually, universities require GRE 2018 scores for admission to Masters programs. But not all courses require a GRE score.
But you will have to prove your English Language proficiency through one of the tests IELTS or TOEFL .
Also, a good CGPA during your graduation as well as a substantial work experience will help you get an admission offer from the institution.
