you have to be eligible for this exam before applying for the registration and the application will be available and you have to attach your documents with application also.

HI!

you need to check your eligiblity before applying, then you have to fill online apllication form and submit/attatch documents there. the fees is 650 for OBC and general categories and 500 for ST/SC categories (payment will be only offline)
