There are also plenty of building Frameworks available, to make your task easy like flutter ,flask ,joomla, flask ,bootstrap,django and many more. You can learn any very easily as per your needs .

There wouldn't be a lot of ways for doing coding in easy way the only thing is you need to know is you have to study and understand the concepts and conditions and all the bisics thoroughly which is the foundation for your coding and if you do not have grip over all the concepts or just simply basics then you will not have an idea when you see a question or when you want to write a code you wouldn't have lot of choices to write a code except to use the less basic knowledge you so, you should a complete grip over the theory then only whenever you see a code you will get an idea of what to do and how to do and dont stop after just reading a concept you should learn how to implement and where to implement so, learn by doing, and dont just read a code you will have to understand its mechanism and seek help when you need and break the code which helps you understand easily and find online resources and attend online and offline workshops which improves your knowledge and take breaks if you get exhausted while coding and lear to use debugger effectively by following all these things you make coding easy for yourself.
