To become a game designer you must have interest in this field and there are some options which might provide you with a good career.
You can seek admission in certificate course completing Class 10th from any recognized board. These certificate courses are as -
- Certificate in Gaming
- Certificate course in Game Art and Design
You can also pursue diploma or undergraduate degree courses after you have completed 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board. Some colleges prefer minimum 60% marks criteria for admission. Some mainstream undergraduate courses are -

- Diploma in Game Design/Development/Programming
- Diploma in Game Design and Integration
- B.Sc. in Gaming
