how to become commercial pilot in international airlines?
Hello aspirant,
Eligibility criteria: Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with minimum 50 percentage in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics and Computer Science subjects from a recognised Board.
After than take Pilot training courses and then write entrance exam for Certified Pilot Licence. Work for few years as Pilot and then try for International Commercial Pilot.
Student Pilot: Minimum age required is 16 years and minimum qualification required is 10 th standard.
Private Pilot License: Minimum 40 Hours of Flying Hours is required for applying for this Licence.
Commercial Pilot License: To become a Commercial Pilot you need to have minimum 200 Flying hours. Candidates must be minimum 18 years and must have completed 10+2 or equivalent exam in science stream (Physics and Mathematics subjects are mandatory) from a recognised Board.
OR
Can course Bachelor's degree, best courses suitable are listed below. Admission is based on merit or entrance exams like JEE Mains, IPU CET, JEE Advanced, SRM JEE, MHT CET, VITEEE, etc.

- Bachelor of Science in Aviation
- B.E. Aerospace Engineering
- B.Sc. Aeronautical Science
- B.Tech Avionics Engineering
- B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering
Maximum and Minimum age limit for Commercial Pilot License: 18 years and maximum 60 to 65 years and varies from airline to airline.
Candidates must clear two Medical tests.
