well, i will tell you the complete plan to crack JEE advanced with in 2 years of span
here are the following subject wise tips:
- joint Entrance Examination Advanced is the competetive exam for the students who are seeking admission in to prestigious and top IIT'S.
- The ideal time for preparatio is two years and this is so because the JEE advanced syllabus is inclusive of CBSE 11th and 12th curriculum
subject wise preparation tips:
-
regarding physics:
- go through the following topics and which covers the major weightage in the exam, they are:
2)Mechanics also covers maximum weightage and since there are no formulas related to that topic, only conceptual understanding is needed.
3)Modern physics and optics are the next important topics which are next to mechanics and electromagnetism, here the questions are not so tough, but they are completely logical thinking questions,
- so, i suggest you to practice more and more and then only you find where the logic should be applied and it is very easy while you are approaching to particular problem
hence it is very easy to crack the physics, if you follow in this way
follow this schedule plan /Time scheme:
"" mechanics (1 month)+ electromagnetics and thermodynamics (2 months)+ optics and properties of matter(2 weeks) + heat (1 week) and modern physics ( 1 week)"".
set, this time schedule and prepare according to that, sure you will master the physics
regarding chemistry:
physical chemistry accounts for about 30-40 percent of the question paper and the highest scoring section
- 1)The major portion is mostly covered in inorganic chemistry i.e. 40 peecent questions were asked about this topic in the exam and it has both applied and as well as typical questions.
- 2)organic chemistry is also leading which covers 45 percent and the questions which come from this topic are very very easy, if you just listen the concepts and try to correlate in real time.
- make sure that you need to know the chemical reactions more so that the concept understanding must be highly enough and very important too. since, regarding chemistry the paper is completely reactions based
inorganic chemistry (2 months) + organic chemistry (1.5 months) + physical chemistry (1 month)
regarding mathematics:
- maths is one of the scoring section and every student who is attempting this section will play after following these below tips:
- 1)The best and very good scoring topics in maths are a) ALGEBRA
- ALGEBRA comprising majorly of complex numbers ,permutation and combination ,and probability which covers almost 60 percent of the paper.
- permutations and combinations is completely logical thinking based, and is very easy if you go through for tricks.
- " The every student likes to go first with coordinate geometry concept in maths since it is completely conceptual based and almost 20 percent of the questions cover in the exam.
- last but not least, vector 3D is the most scoring section since here the solving is lengthy, but the effort fetches you reward.
- Caluculus is the only toughest part in maths and here a detailed hardwork and practice is must and should.
Algebra ( 2 weeks)+ coordinate geometry ( 1 month) + vector 3D(1 month) + caluculus (2-2.5 months).
well, not only going through the above tips, you need to follow the below mentioned too for quick revision
- 1) make formula sheets during your preparation and go through it frequently
- 2) maintain positive attitude during your preparation and hence it will enhance your preparation .
- 3) keep marking tricky questions ,to look up on more concerned and concentrated during revision
- 4)Always solve questions with in a specified limit and time constraints
- 5)maximum ,go for trail and error methods, since because it is the only easiest way for fast and efficient solving of a problem
1) following the time scheme and keep on solving
2) go through online lectures and referring previous year question papers and try solving it.
best books for preparation:
- regarding chemistry , go with OP TANDON and himanshu pandey, here the concepts are crystal clear.
- regarding maths, RD SHARMA is the one and only best book, the concepts are explained elaboratively with a very good description that a lower standard level student can able to understood.
- regarding physics, go With HC VERMA and DC PANDEY ,here the learning of the topic becomes very easy because the topic itself is very interested and the books pretend you to get interest and you can get to know how these books are such a wonderful in providing a logical and conceptual skills.
To be in top 10 position, the extreme hardwork is necessary and it is very easy too, the only thing keep in mind is that "CRACK THE EXAM" ,and start preparing according to that with positive attitude.
sure you will going to be rock the exam and be in top10.
unless and untill, efficient hardwork is required, you should mould and design yourself in such a way that single point of time cannot be wasted and hopefully wishing you will succeed in this JEE advanced.
hope it will be helpful to you,
