In order to become veterinary doctor, you have to complete Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from a recognised university. Moreover, you have to register with the Veterinary Council of India. You will be preferred in the job if you complete B.V.Sc or M.V.Sc and are specialized in obstetrics and gynaecology or surgery and radiology or clinical medicine. The average salary is Rs 75000 per month. You can work under a licenced veterinarian to gain experience before starting DVM(Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) program. After completion of this program, you have to obtain license in Veterinary medicine by taking NAVLE (North American Veterinary Licensing Examination).

After B.Sc in Biotechnology, you can go for jobs with average salaries as:

As a Bsc graduate, you need to pursue veterinary sciences by clearing the NEET (national eligibility extrance test) and then apply to Vatrinary college. After the completion of the course.

Veterinary  science is 3–4 times harder than mbbs .

Private practitioners may focus on small animals (dogs, cats, and/or exotic pets), large animals (horses and/or ruminants), or work in a mixed animal practice with small and large animals.
