Hi Namitha,
The application form has some steps to fill. When all the steps are completed you wil get a final page with all your details. You can just donwload the page and print it. You will reach to confirmation page only after completing all the steps. So, the fee you will pay will be also there. Just dowmload the page and take a print of it.
