The aspirant has to introduce the income certificate handed out by identified authority which must be valid at that time.
Competent authority involves
An officer of the State Government in the position of Block Development Officer or Sub-Divisional Officer or Additional District Magistrate or Group-A Gazetted Officer of State or Central Government of related tier or above in the rural area or Executive Officer of Municipality / Assistant Commissioner or above in Commissionerate or Group-A Gazetted Officer of State or Central Government of similar rank or above in the urban region.

To be eligible for the TFW Scheme, the candidate must present an income certificate issued after March 31st from either a 'Mamlatdar', a 'Taluka Development Officer (TDO)', or a 'Collector' when filling out the application form (registration for admission). The Income certificate up to Rs. 6 lakh, caste certificate from respective authority, Non-creamy layer (only for those who belong to), Caste validity, and the Entrance exam score card with HSC and SSC Marksheet are the application procedure and documents required for applying Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme.
