Inorder to get admission in fisheries you need first give APEAMCET or TSEAMCET conducted each year. And once you qualify th exam you need to apply for counselling for agriculture, veterinary ,fisheries , which is conducted together.

Usually the cutoff of these courses go very high so you need to work hard and score a hood rank to get admission. Getting rank under 2k is safe to be honest.
