Hello,
Fertilizers intended for agricultural use, or, in certain cases, industrial use, shall not be sold by wholesale or retail dealers, unless they are state government dealers, manufacturers, importers, or pool handling agencies.
Documents Required for Fertilizer License:
- Qualification Certificate Form 'O' (Source Certificate) from the principals.
- Site Plan with Map (Premises Verification)
- Permanent account number (PAN)
- Permanent Resident Certificate.
- Bank balance of pertinent amount
- Advertisement / Paper cutting.
- Treasury fee
