Hello,
To get a job in I.T companies after completion of graduation from any of the engineering streams you need to apply for off-campus placement. Many companies post the availability of jobs on their official site like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc.
The recruitment drive takes place in 3 stages. In the first two stages, your altitude and technical skills will be tested and in stage 3 you'll be selected for an interview if you qualify previous two stages.
Then based on the criteria of selection in the interview you will be tested.
This procedure is followed by almost all the I.T companies while hiring.
