Hey Ahmad
Good to hear that you want to prepare for NEET. Well, since you want to appear for 2020 paper, the time is a little less. So you should start preparing at the earliest. First, you need to know what the paper consists of and its pattern. It has 3 subjects - physics, chemistry and biology, the highest weightage is for biology.
Start by planning your time table for each day. Completely understand the concepts of each and every topic, sideways solve some questions -both subjective and objective. For the theory, NCERT books are great. Also, if you don't understand a topic, google it, look for video tutorials. Keep in mind that only the concept can solve any question.
Attempt some practice papers as well, these may be chapter wise, or consisting of different sections merged. Check for the solutions and learn why you got any question incorrect. This will help you improve. For a daily routine, try to study all the subjects. Focus on the parts you are weak in, and don't get overconfident in any topic. You need to memorize as well as solve numericals, so try to do both together, in order to keep yourself fresh.
Also, do not forget to take out proper time for food and sleep. Keep pursuing your hobbies as well, this will keep you active. Morning hours are usually of high energy, so the mugging up part can be done then. Keep switching between subjects. Take a break in between every 2-3 hours. And don't forget to take out time for yourself.
I hope this helps you. Keep working hard, and don't lose hope. You will surely excel.
All the very best!!
