Hello Student ,
Chemistry is one of the most scoring subject in NEET if you are well prepared. I myself scored 167/180 in NEET 2019 , so I think I will be able to help you.
For Organic Chemistry - First master the theory part and learn all the important concepts. Give lot of time to the General Organic Chemistry part because it will form the basics of your organic chemistry and is very important. Reading NCERT along with standard institute modules. Solve lots of MCQs and Revise your Doubts. MCQ book you can follow is Organic Chemistry by MS Chauhan. Please learn the Reaction Mechanisms for the named reactions mentioned in NCERT.
For Inorganic Chemistry - Read NCERT many times as possible, because Inorganic comes mostly from NCERT. Alongwith that read some modules , practice lots of MCQs and revise your doubts. MCQ book you can follow is Inorganic Chemistry by V. K Jaiswal. You can follow the youtube channel IITian Explains to understand inorganic chemistry. I personally followed this channel and it was really helpful.
For Physical Chemistry - Reading NCERT will not be sufficint, extra knowledge is needed, which you can do by studying modules of institutes. Practice MCQs from N Avasthi.
Please see a lot of practice is needed in order to have a good score. I personally followed institute modules along with the books I mentioned.
An overall good book I used was Chemistry Guide by RC Grover .
Let me summarize the steps you need to follow :
1) Read your theory properly along with all the examples. Understanding the concepts is important before solving questions, for which your theory part must be strong. Read you chapters multiple times ( 3 times minimum).
2) Solve atleast 250-300 MCQ per week.
3) Solve and revise your doubts or else there is no point in solving MCQs.
4) Try to solve MCQs within a time limit. For Example 50 MCQs in 60 minutes. Speed is important factor in NEET examination.
5) Solve Previous Year Question papers thoroughly(past 10 years). Many concepts are repeated.
6) Most of all keep trying and never give up. Learn from your mistakes.
Hope this answer helps you.

Ncert is the core book for biology and chemistry both, and you can score 140 easily by making your concept clear by reading ncert, but ya question practice is the most important thing so try to solve chapterwise previous year paper this helps a lot,you can buy Mtg previous year or universal self scorer (errorless),don't skip even a single chapter ,remember every single chapter is important.
Thank you!!
