Hello Ram, 10th board exam should be prepared by thoroughly practicing the textbooks, that's enough for 10th board exams because the amount of syllabus is very less and can be easily covered in couple days, although textbooks should be enough for preparation you can also prepare for subjects like Social studies from XAMidea books or any other supplementary, these books are very handy.

10th board exams require a lot of hardwork and you can really get a good score of 85 to 90 perecent just by sticking to NCERT and studying with dedication.

If you are giving 10th exam, then you have a plenty of time for NEET so you can prepare for it as well. But focus on your 10th board as its scores matter a lot. If you get anywhere below 75 then some good colleges may reject you on its basis. So stick to NCERT and practice the questions well.
