Through the last fortnight you can revise the important formulas of physics and chemistry. Read the summary given in last page of each chapter given in ncert. Revise the ncert bio completely but start from class 12th book. Last 3 chapters from class 12th organic chem part 2 . Revise as many times as you can.

Besides there do as many mocks and previous years questions you can. Analyse the trends and focus on important topics and the ones that make up more of the weightage.

Brush up the topics that make up for the important basics for the other topics.
