Now you have plenty of time for preparation of gate. If you start from now then first check the subject list and prepare those subjects comparing with your semi subjects .First build the basic concepts very well as you have a plenty of time. So just prepare very carefully to build very concepts of all subjects of gate. Best of luck for your future .
