Let me clear you a fact that AIIMS requires just concepts. Keep your concepts clear and it will be an easy job for you.
For preparation of Physics paper, the golden book is HC Verma. It has great questions to solve and will help you in testing your knowledge. Move on to NCERT and DC pandey for further question solving.
