In IIMs andd other top B-schools in India, a variety of factors are taken in account when they interview the candidates :
- Academic record: Your class 12 grades, class 10 grades, graduation percentage, everything that is in relevance to your academic history, Is considered. So, you need to keep your grades up to a level that is considerable.
- Extra curricular activities: There are extra points for candidates who were involved in extra curricular activities during their school or graduation. So, involving and participating in extra curricular activities is also an added advantage.
- Work experience: Work experience plays a major role when it comes to selection in top B-schools. So, if you have any relevant work experience after graduation, it is of immense importance.
- Communication skills : You need to work on your communication skills, as this is the most important area which is used to evaluat your personality.
