Hello Amith,

Scoring 170/ 180 in Physics is not an easy task

it is actually extraordinary but is not impossible also. As the word impossible itself motivates us to make impossible things possible by saying I m possible so planning is necessary to get 170 / 180 in Physics.

Not only it is the game of geniuses but an average student can also do this by -

1.    Proper planning.

2.    Motivation.

3.    Dedication.

4.    Hard work.

5.    Passion.

6.    Curiosity towards the subject.

In all above mentioned qualities curiosity is most important because curiosity creates passion, passion creates hard work and then hardwork create

motivation. So curiosity is the first basic stepping stone for you to achieve your goal as you are going to do an extraordinary thing you will require some good reference books

1. HC Verma volume 1 and 2

2. Cengage volume 1 and 2

3. most important NCERT.

Solving Cengage will give you enough knowledge to get 170 / 180 in Physics and with this if you stick to NCERT and HC Verma then definitely you will achieve your goal. So best of luck

Conclusion is there are no shortcuts for success you

always have to choose long path there is only one

key for success it is hard work just take blessings of your

parents and elders and start your mission of getting 170 / 180 in Physics best of luck again.

Hii,First and foremost understand the basic concept under each topic.Don't try to mug up anything.Practice as many no of questions you can from that particular topic.Don't get discouraged if you don't understand a particular concept. In neet, the examiners will not ask you high end questions like they are asked in jee advanced and other engineering examinations.

Below are some topics that I found were repeated every year including this year.

1)Open and closed pipe harmonics

2)Doppler's effect in sound

3)Photoelectric effect numericals

4)LCR circuits

5)Young's double slit experiment

6)Biot savart's law

7)Kirchoff's law

8)Capacitors

9)Radioactivity

Hope,this information helpful for you.Goodluck.

Hello Amith,

For a good overall score in NEET, you need to score well in all the subjects and one of them is Physics which is pretty difficult for every biology student.

My suggestion to you is to not skip any of the chapters of NCERT textbooks of class 11 and 12. For NEET, students tend to focus on only the competitive exam books but unless your basics are completely clear you will not be able to score well and NCERT books will really help you in that. So study the NCERT well and solve previous years question papers. This way, you'll be able to score pretty good in physics. Do not forget to keep your mind relaxed.

You can go through the below link for more information on how to prepare for NEET physics-

Hope this helps.
