In Kerala University for B.TechSE course there are 66 seats. It is AICTE Approved college. The tution fees for different categories is given below.
General Quota: .1.76 Lakhs
Management Quota: 3.10 Lakhs
NRI Quota: 5.94 Lakhs
Admission Process for Merit & Management seats:
•Admission to Merit and Management seats will be through allotment by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE)
•SC/ST Students will not be given consideration for allotment to management seats.
• NRI seats will be filled up by the University inviting applications. The applicants do not necessarily have to be in the CEE's Rank List.
Eligibility Criteria:
•Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50 % marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission. However, candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together are eligible for admission under Management Quota in Private Self Financing Engineering Colleges/Government Controlled Self Financing Engineering Colleges. • In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, Computer Science and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered. •The marks as shown in the mark list of the Board of Examination obtained from the respective Higher Secondary Board shall be considered for academic eligibility.

Candidates with 50% or above marks in Class 12 will be considered for admission under government quota and fee concession category.
Candidates with 45% - 49% of marks in Class 12 will be considered for admission under government quota only in private engineering colleges. These students will not get admission in government engineering colleges.
CEE Kerala will conduct at least four rounds of counselling for Kerala B.Tech admissions. Finally, a spot round counselling will be conducted for students who do not secure a seat in previous rounds of admission process or students who have passed Class 12 in supplementary exams or for students who applying fresh for B.Tech admissions.
