Hello!

The result is declared in percentile. So when the result of April session is also out, they'll compare both of the percentiles and choose the best. For example: If a student A has scored 95.12 percentile in January session and 98.23 percentile in April session. Then, the best that is 98.23 percentile will be considered.

Hope it helps. All the best.
